The promotion reflects her growing leadership responsibilities and impact within the organization’s U.S. contract recruitment operations.
At LHi Group, Laura Caswell has spent around a year progressing through senior leadership roles in the contracts business. Prior to her current appointment, she served as Vice President – Contracts USA, operating in a hybrid capacity and contributing to strategic hiring and contract recruitment initiatives across the U.S. market.
Before consolidating her leadership role within LHi Group, Laura held multiple senior positions at SciPro, where she spent nearly four years. She most recently served as Vice President – Contracts USA, following her role as Contracts USA – Divisional Principal. During this period, she was based in California and Los Angeles, working across contract recruitment, vendor management, sourcing, and business development within life sciences–focused sectors.
Earlier in her career, she progressed through managerial roles at SciPro, including Manager – Contracts and Contract Team Lead, building strong expertise in technical and contract recruitment within biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
Laura’s earlier professional experience includes recruitment and business development roles at Michael Page in New York, de Jonge Read in Brisbane, and prior accounting and administrative positions with The Harris Group, Hall Chadwick, and Rodgers Barnes & Green, establishing a broad foundation across professional services and corporate functions.
