Lincolnshire, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Laura Cook has stepped into a new role as Head of People Operations, Reward & Analytics at Amplius. In this expanded leadership position, Laura will oversee critical aspects of people operations, rewards strategy, and people analytics, supporting Amplius’ mission to enhance employee experience and operational excellence across the organization.
Before taking on her current role, Laura Cook served as Head of People Operations at Amplius, where she was instrumental in managing HR operations, HRIS, MI, and reward and benefits programs, driving transformation initiatives and process improvements across the business.
Prior to joining Amplius, Laura spent over eleven years at Longhurst Group, rising through several positions including Head of People Operations, Interim People Services Information & Systems Specialist, Interim Reward and Benefits Manager, and earlier leadership roles. Her work involved overseeing people analytics, compensation strategies, HRIS optimization, and organizational development.
Earlier in her career, Laura gained foundational HR experience at Oldrid & Co., Ltd., serving as HR Assistant, where she supported core HR functions, contributing to operational improvements and employee services.
