Greater Chicago Area, United States, February 2026 — Laura Kamijima has taken on a new role as Vice President, People and Experience at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc.. In this position, she will lead the organization’s people and experience strategy, focusing on strengthening workforce engagement, talent systems, and enterprise-wide people practices aligned with business growth.
Laura brings nearly 18 years of experience with Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., having progressed through several senior HR leadership roles within the organization. Prior to her current appointment, she served as Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & HR Corporate Services, where she oversaw strategic talent acquisition initiatives and corporate HR operations.
Earlier, she held the role of Director of Policy Administration and Talent Acquisition, where she played a key role in shaping HR policy governance and strengthening talent acquisition frameworks across the organization. Her long-standing tenure reflects deep institutional knowledge and a consistent focus on people-centric leadership within large, distributed workforces.
In her new role, Laura is expected to further elevate the employee experience agenda while supporting Securitas’ mission of delivering customized, technology-enabled protective services through a highly engaged and values-driven workforce.
