In this strategic global role, Laura leads hiring frameworks, succession planning, performance management, and employer branding across all SES business units while also playing a critical role in the upcoming organizational integration following a merger.
Laura’s journey at SES Satellites spans over four years, during which she has risen through several key roles—Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & DEI, Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, and Global Manager, Talent Acquisition. Her work has included scaling new tech hubs, executing global recruitment frameworks, and championing DE&I initiatives. Notably, she led efforts that halved time-to-hire and introduced agile methodologies into global recruiting practices.

Prior to joining SES, Laura was CEO of Crucial Recruitment, a global recruitment firm focused on disruptive technology markets. She also held senior leadership positions at ICP Search, where she led the Space & Satcoms division. Her earlier recruitment roles at GRB and Appointments Bi-Language solidified her expertise in sourcing, talent strategy, and business development across sectors like FMCG, finance, and tech.
