Munich, Germany, October 2024 – Sandra Feldmann has started her new role as Head of Talent at Octopus Energy, where she will lead the talent acquisition team in Germany, focusing on expanding the company’s workforce to support its mission of transforming the global energy market. Sandra will be instrumental in shaping talent strategies, managing recruitment for leadership positions, and working closely with the marketing team on employer branding initiatives.
Prior to joining Octopus Energy, Sandra founded Itsatalent.business in November 2023, where she worked as a Sourcing & Employer Branding Trainer and Freelance Recruiter. Her consulting business helped organizations enhance their talent sourcing strategies and improve their employer branding through innovative AI-driven solutions.
Before starting her business, Sandra spent four years at Scandit, where she held several roles, including Talent Acquisition Campaign Manager and Talent Attraction Manager, leading the recruitment of specialized talent and managing talent pools. Her work focused on creating impactful recruitment campaigns and developing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
Sandra also served as an HR Manager at klarx, a fast-growing Munich-based SaaS start-up, where she helped grow the team significantly and developed key HR processes. During her one and a half years at klarx, she played a pivotal role in scaling the team from 23 to 80 employees and fostering a strong company culture.
Earlier in her career, Sandra held various recruitment and HR management roles at Glasford International, where she gained extensive experience in executive search and talent scouting.
