Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, November 2024 – Dalal Al Yafei has been appointed as the Vice President of Human Capital at Tabreed, a leading district cooling utility company. In her new role, Dalal will oversee human capital strategies and drive initiatives that align with Tabreed’s commitment to operational excellence, sustainability, and innovation.
Dalal Al Yafei brings a wealth of experience in human capital and talent acquisition. Prior to this role, she served as Acting Vice President of Human Capital at Tabreed for approximately nine months, where she successfully spearheaded leadership initiatives and contributed to strategic planning. Before that, she held the position of Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at Tabreed for over two years, showcasing her expertise in workforce planning and corporate recruiting.
Before joining Tabreed, Dalal worked at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi for more than seven years. She held various roles, including Human Capital Business Partner, where she was instrumental in workforce planning, and Acting Manager, Non-Clinical Recruitment, demonstrating her agility and stakeholder management skills.
Her earlier professional journey includes an internship as an HR Generalist at Etihad Rail and a role as an HR Assistant at Corniche Hospital, where she developed a foundational understanding of human resources management.
