Paramus, New Jersey, United States, November 2024 – Lynn Maloney has joined Octapharma USA, Inc. as the new Vice President, Human Resources. In her role, Lynn will oversee strategic HR initiatives, training programs, and organizational development to support the company’s short- and long-term business objectives, working closely with senior leadership.

Lynn brings over two decades of experience in human resources leadership across multiple industries. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Human Resources at Robertet Group, where she built a best-in-class HR team for North America, overseeing HR operations for 450 employees across four locations. She was a member of the Executive Leadership Team and led initiatives in employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR strategy.

Before that, Lynn spent nearly 12 years at Symrise AG, where she held progressive roles, including Senior Director, Human Resources, Scent & Care Division NA. She played a pivotal role in change management initiatives, employee retention strategies, and driving talent acquisition efforts.

Earlier in her career, Lynn held HR leadership positions at Ogilvy, Live Nation (formerly Clear Channel Entertainment), and Phonextra, where she specialized in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. Her experience also includes consulting roles with various clients and a tenure as an IT recruiter at Dynax Solutions.
