London, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Laurie Peterson has started a new fractional role as Chief Marketing Officer at Ingredifind, a hospitality technology startup revolutionizing the way restaurants accommodate guests with food allergies and dietary preferences. In her role, Laurie will spearhead marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth initiatives to expand Ingredifind’s reach across the hospitality sector.
Alongside her new role at Ingredifind, Laurie serves as Vice President of Marketing at ETI – Etherdyne Technologies, Inc., where she has been driving the company’s transition from a stealth R&D lab into a product and platform licensing business. She has been instrumental in shaping ETI’s market strategy, branding, product positioning, and investor communications, while also bridging engineering innovation with market adoption.
Laurie is also the Founder of Rebel Play Studio, an invention studio that delivers innovative toy and game concepts to industry partners, and she has been advising multiple startups as a Strategic Creative Consultant at The Founder’s Sidekick. In this role, she partners with entrepreneurs to refine branding, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, helping early-stage companies successfully launch and scale.
Previously, Laurie co-founded Inkbrite, where she served as Founder & Chief Product Officer, creating an online platform that simplified the design and sourcing of compliant cannabis packaging. Earlier, she founded and led Build & Imagine, an award-winning toy company known for its line of magnetic dollhouses designed to bridge play and STEM learning for young girls. Under her leadership, the company won more than 30 industry awards and was acquired by a top-tier U.S. toy company.
Laurie’s earlier career highlights include serving as Vice President of Marketing at Sifteo, where she helped launch its interactive gaming system, and Senior Director of Marketing & Product at Care2, where she drove growth for one of the world’s largest online communities for social causes. She began her career in product and marketing leadership at EVB, LeapFrog, and other consumer-focused organizations, consistently blending creativity with business strategy.
Laurie holds an MBA in General Management & Entrepreneurship from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, equipping her with the strategic vision to bridge innovative product ideas with market success.
