United States, December 2025 — Lawrence P. LeBlanc has started a new position as Vice President, Global Total Rewards at Magnera Corporation, where he will lead the company’s global total rewards strategy, encompassing executive compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks to support organizational performance and long-term value creation.
In his most recent appointment, Lawrence P. LeBlanc joins Magnera Corporation as Vice President, Global Total Rewards, bringing deep expertise in executive compensation, rewards strategy, and people governance across large, complex organizations in the United States.
Prior to this, he served as Managing Partner at Gallagher LeBlanc LLC, where he advised organizations on business strategy, executive compensation, and total rewards design, supporting leadership teams through transformation and growth-focused initiatives.
Earlier, LeBlanc held the role of AVP, Corporate & Executive Compensation at HCA Healthcare, where he was responsible for corporate and executive compensation programs, aligning rewards with enterprise-wide talent and performance objectives.
His earlier leadership experience includes senior roles at SmileDirectClub as Vice President, P&O Shared Services, Kirkland’s as Head of Human Resources and Head of Total Rewards, and global compensation leadership positions at Bacardi, Dollar General, Blockbuster, Dell Technologies, AES Corporation, PanAmSat, First USA Bank, and Nortel Networks, where he spent over a decade in progressively senior HR and compensation leadership roles across North America, Europe, and Asia.
