Tel Aviv, Israel, June 2024 – Lee Gal has joined Guesty as the new Global Director of People. With a wealth of experience in human resources and internal operations, Lee is set to lead Guesty’s HR strategies and initiatives globally.
Lee previously served at Browzwear for seven years in Israel. Initially joining as an HRBP Lead from July 2017 to April 2023, Lee then advanced to the position of Global HR Director from April 2023 to June 2024. During this tenure, Lee specialized in startups, global talent acquisition, and more.
Prior to Browzwear, Lee worked at i24NEWS for four years and five months. Lee was the Chief Internal Auditor from November 2015 to July 2017 and the Head of Production from March 2013 to November 2015, demonstrating a strong background in production and internal auditing.
From 2010 to 2013, Lee held the position of Chief Producer at KODA Communication in Tel Aviv, Israel. Additionally, Lee contributed as a freelance judge for the AIB – Association for International Broadcasting’s annual competition in London from 2014 to 2016.
