London, United Kingdom, June 2024 – Jessica Taylor has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at PA Media. With a distinguished career at PA Media spanning over six years, Jessica is well-prepared to lead the company’s people strategy and initiatives in her new role.
Jessica Taylor has been an integral part of PA Media since June 2018. Before taking on her new role as Chief People Officer, she served as the HR Director from April 2023 to June 2024, overseeing the HR function and driving strategic HR initiatives. Prior to that, she was the Head of HR from June 2022 to April 2023 and the Head of HR Partnering from September 2021 to June 2022, where she played a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and programs. Jessica began her journey at PA Media as a Senior HR Business Partner, contributing to the company’s success through her expertise in talent management and employee engagement.
Before joining PA Media, Jessica held various HR roles at Provident Financial Group, including Talent and Engagement Manager. She also worked at Tesco PLC as an HR Manager and Assistant Talent Manager, where she gained extensive experience in talent management, organizational design, and performance management. Jessica started her career at Toys R Us as a Manager – Industrial Placement, further developing her skills in HR management.
