Frisco, Texas, United States, August 2025 – Lee Roever has taken on the role of Vice President, Head of Human Resources at Performance Beauty Group. In this capacity, Lee will oversee the company’s human capital strategy, partnering with founders and innovators to accelerate brand growth, strengthen organizational culture, and develop top talent.
Most recently, Lee served as a Talent / Human Resources Consultant at Zips Car Wash LLC for about a year, working closely with company executives on targeted talent initiatives during a short-term contract engagement. Before that, Lee was Operating Executive, Talent at Percheron Capital for a year, where she served as the top HR leader for seven portfolio companies, implementing human capital strategies to boost retention, performance, and employee engagement.
Prior to that, Lee spent six years at Atlantic Street Capital Advisors as Operating Partner/Advisor – Talent/Human Resources. She served as the top HR executive for 21 portfolio companies and the private equity parent, leading teams in talent acquisition, executive search, total rewards, and culture and compliance. Her work focused on designing and executing strategies that improved retention, enhanced performance, and engaged the workforce.
Earlier, Lee was Interim Chief People Officer at A-Wireless/Victra Verizon Wireless, where she supported a network of 1,150 retail stores with $1.5B in annual revenue and 6,000 employees, improving HR systems, implementing assessment tools, and building talent acquisition and development functions. She also served as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer at Tuesday Morning, redesigning the HR function, implementing new HRIS systems, and impacting more than 8,500 associates. Her earlier leadership roles include Vice President, Head of Human Resources at Steak n Shake, Vice President Human Resources and Corporate Officer at JCPenney, and Vice President Human Resources and Corporate Officer at Neiman Marcus Group, along with multiple HR, recruiting, and buying roles early in her career.
