Johannesburg, South Africa, November 2025 — Leigh Candlish has been appointed as the Head of People at Future Forex, a leading South African financial services provider known for its innovation and transparency in forex and crypto asset management. In this leadership role, Leigh will spearhead the company’s people strategy, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives as Future Forex continues to expand its footprint in financial technology and investment services.

Leigh’s journey with Future Forex spans over two years, where she has demonstrated exceptional performance in client relations, operations, and leadership. Before taking on her new role, she served as Senior Account Manager, where she led key client portfolios and strengthened customer relationships across the organization. Prior to that, she was an Account Manager, overseeing client satisfaction, service delivery, and performance tracking for Future Forex’s expanding client base.

Before joining Future Forex, Leigh served as an Employment Relations Specialist at TecEx, where she managed labor relations and compliance functions, ensuring alignment with South African labor laws and company policies. Her experience in HR processes and employee engagement helped refine her expertise in people management and workplace dynamics.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a Junior HR Generalist at Home of Living Brands, a subsidiary of Bidvest, where she handled performance management, onboarding, and employee welfare. She also gained early legal and communications experience as a Candidate Attorney at Vermeulen Attorneys and as a Media and Communications Manager at The Barn Christian Fellowship, demonstrating a unique blend of people, policy, and communication skills.
