Natalie Flynn Appointed as Head of People Experience at Identity

Hertford, England, United Kingdom, November 2025 – Identity, a world-renowned full-service live events agency, has appointed Natalie Flynn as Head of People Experience. In this strategic leadership role, Natalie will lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture, and organizational well-being, ensuring that Identity continues to be a workplace where creativity, inclusion, and innovation thrive.

Before joining Identity, Natalie spent nearly four years at Smyle, where she served as Senior People Experience Partner after initially joining as People Experience Partner. At Smyle, she played a key role in designing and executing people-centered initiatives, strengthening culture, and embedding best practices across employee engagement, performance management, and HR systems. Her contributions helped shape Smyle’s reputation as one of the UK’s most dynamic creative agencies to work for.

Earlier, Natalie was Human Resources Manager at The Law Debenture Corporation plc, where she managed end-to-end HR operations, policy implementation, and leadership development initiatives. Her work supported the company’s growth and transformation efforts while building a strong foundation for employee relations and compliance.

Prior to that, she spent over a decade with Barclay Simpson, progressing from Senior Recruitment Consultant – Interim Risk and Compliance to Human Resources Manager. During her tenure, she led HR strategy, engagement initiatives, CSR programs, and diversity & inclusion efforts, while also spearheading projects like Investors in People certification, SharePoint intranet launch, and GDPR compliance. Her early experience in recruitment also gave her a strong understanding of workforce dynamics, client engagement, and talent acquisition.

Natalie began her career in recruitment at Positive Recruitment Solutions, where she specialized in sourcing and placing professionals across the public and nonprofit sectors, developing a deep appreciation for mission-driven organizational cultures.
