With over two decades of experience in various leadership roles, Tory is set to bring extensive expertise in people management and development to Aero Tec Laboratories Ltd.
Tory Stubbs has recently joined Aero Tec Laboratories Ltd as the Head of People & Development. In this role, she will be responsible for driving the company’s people strategy, focusing on employee development, engagement, and organizational growth.
Prior to her current position, Tory spent over 20 years at Vindis Group in various roles. She served as the Head of People for 12 years, where she led the HR function, developing and implementing strategies that enhanced employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention. Before this, she held the position of Group Marketing & Operations Manager for three years, overseeing marketing strategies and operational processes. Tory also served as the Group Quality Standards Manager, ensuring high standards in service delivery and operational excellence.
Earlier in her career, Tory worked as a Qualified Yacht Broker at Anglia Yacht Brokers for three years, demonstrating her diverse skill set and adaptability. She also gained valuable customer service experience as a Passenger Service Agent at Norwich International Airport and served as a Showroom Manager at Flames. Her career began as an Entertainment Team Member at Sealife Centre, where she honed her interpersonal and communication skills.
