Worthing, West Sussex, United Kingdom, July 2024 – Rebecca Bignell has been promoted to Head of People and Culture at ECE Architecture. In this role, Rebecca will lead the company’s efforts in enhancing workplace culture, employee engagement, and overall people strategy.
Rebecca Bignell has been with ECE Architecture for over 10 years. Prior to this promotion, she served as the HR and Marketing Manager, where she excelled in change management, people development, and marketing strategies. Before that, Rebecca worked as a PA and Marketing Coordinator at the same firm, honing her skills in Adobe Photoshop, customer service, and coordination.
Before joining ECE Architecture, Rebecca held the position of Primary Care Manager at BMI Healthcare for nearly 4 years. In this role, she managed customer relationships with key stakeholders, coordinated two busy private hospitals, and exceeded revenue targets and KPIs. Earlier in her career at BMI Healthcare, she served as a Choose and Book Coordinator, organizing and coordinating patients, clinics, and administrative staff.
Rebecca also gained experience as a Business Manager at bareMinerals, where she managed a small team, handled sales and customer service, organized events, trained staff, and managed retail stock control.
