Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2024 – Trupti Nayak has taken on a new role as SVP & Head – Organisation Development, DE&I, and People Analytics at HDFC Bank. In this role, she will be responsible for spearheading organizational development initiatives, driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) strategies, and leveraging people analytics to inform key HR decisions.
Trupti has been with HDFC Bank for over five years, where she has held various leadership roles. Most recently, she served as the SVP & Head – Organization Development, Employee Engagement, and People Analytics. In this capacity, she was instrumental in designing and implementing strategic interventions related to organizational development and employee experience, while also utilizing data and analytics to enhance decision-making processes.
Prior to joining HDFC Bank, Trupti spent nearly five years at Kotak Mahindra Bank. She held the positions of Vice President and Associate Vice President – Talent Management, OD, and Digital HR Strategic Projects, where she was responsible for conceptualizing and executing organizational development and leadership initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Trupti served as Senior Manager – Organisation Effectiveness (Global Role) at Aditya Birla Group. In this role, she focused on designing and implementing initiatives aimed at preparing the organization for the future, promoting collaboration and innovation, and strengthening the employer brand.
