Kartik Mehrotra most recently served as an Independent Consultant specializing in Enterprise Sales, Design Thinking, and Leadership. In this role, he provided valuable insights and strategic guidance to various organizations, leveraging his deep expertise in these areas.
Prior to that, Kartik was the Head of Global Sales Enablement at BetterPlace, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s global sales capabilities. His leadership was crucial in driving the organization’s growth and expanding its footprint in key markets.
Kartik also held a significant position at Salesforce as the Global Sales Enablement Lead. During his tenure, he was responsible for leading a team that focused on developing and implementing sales enablement strategies to support the company’s global sales force.
Earlier in his career, Kartik served as the Vice President of Sales & Master Facilitator at KNOLSKAPE, where he led sales efforts and facilitated leadership development programs. His work at KNOLSKAPE, coupled with his earlier experience as an Associate Vice President at the same company, showcased his ability to drive sales and build strategic partnerships.
Kartik’s journey also includes roles such as Consultant at MART Global Management Solutions LLP, Head of Business and Product Development at GO TRY, and Manager of Sales at Lodha Group. His diverse experience across different industries has equipped him with a unique perspective and a broad skill set, making him a valuable asset to Mentora.
