Yerevan, Armenia, November 2025 — Lilit Khachatryan has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources and Organizational Development at AMX | Armenia Stock Exchange and Central Depository, where she will lead the organization’s HR strategy, organizational development initiatives, workforce experience, and cultural transformation. With a strong foundation in HR operations, recruiting, and people leadership, Lilit brings a practical and progressive approach to building resilient and high-performing organizational environments.
In her new role, Lilit will be responsible for designing and executing AMX’s people management frameworks, including talent development, performance strategy, employee engagement, HR governance, and organizational capability building. Her appointment aligns with AMX’s focus on strengthening internal capability and creating a modern, collaborative culture that supports the growth of Armenia’s capital markets ecosystem.
Prior to joining AMX, Lilit served at Fast Bank for over seven years, most recently as Head of Human Resources Administration Service, where she led HR operations, workforce planning, organizational process improvements, and employee relations. She played a key role in developing HR policies that supported operational efficiency, compliance alignment, and employee experience enhancements.
Before stepping into this leadership role, Lilit worked as a Recruiter at Fast Bank, where she managed end-to-end talent acquisition, sourcing skilled professionals across functions and enabling timely hiring aligned to business growth. Her earlier tenure as a Human Resources Specialist further strengthened her hands-on expertise in HR documentation, employee support, onboarding, and process coordination.
This diverse progression within the banking sector has equipped Lilit with deep insight into people strategy, structured organizational development, and the importance of building cohesive, empowered, and future-ready teams — experience she now brings to Armenia’s capital market infrastructure through AMX.
