Kansas City, Kansas, USA, October 2024 – Lilliana Seskis has taken on the role of Vice President of People Experience at Unbound, a global nonprofit organization committed to supporting marginalized communities worldwide. In her new position, Lilliana will lead initiatives to enhance the organizational culture and employee experience while continuing to strengthen Unbound’s people-first values and its mission of empowerment.
Lilliana has dedicated over 20 years to Unbound, steadily progressing in leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Operational Advancement Senior Director for over a year, where she implemented key organizational advancements. Prior to that, she was the Operational Advancement Director for two years, overseeing cross-functional team leadership and project execution.
Earlier in her tenure, Lilliana was Child Services Director for nearly eight years, where she honed her leadership, coaching, and management skills. She began her journey at Unbound as Sponsor Services Manager, a role she held for almost a decade, contributing to the growth of sponsorship programs and directly engaging with sponsors and families.
