In her new position, Lily will lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives, strengthen recruitment operations, and enhance employer branding efforts to support Abacus Group’s continued growth across global IT and cybersecurity services for financial institutions.
Lily has progressed through multiple talent acquisition leadership roles at Abacus Group, most recently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, she held roles as Recruiting Lead and Recruiter, playing a key role in building scalable hiring processes, sourcing top-tier technology and cybersecurity talent, and supporting business expansion across the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
Earlier in her career, Lily gained operational and coordination experience across roles at SF Metalworks, TLCD Concierge, DwellWell, and Rockstar Organizers, where she developed strong project management, organizational, and administrative expertise. Her professional foundation also includes creative and performance work as a freelance actor and production coordinator, demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills that have translated effectively into her recruitment leadership career.
