London, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 — Lily Egan has been promoted to Head of People Partnering at Chelsea Football Club, marking a new milestone in her distinguished HR career. In this elevated role, she will lead the people partnering function, aligning HR strategies with the Club’s ambitions and supporting its diverse workforce across football and business operations.

Lily has been with Chelsea Football Club for over a year, most recently serving as Senior People Partner, where she played a pivotal role in driving employee engagement and HR initiatives across the organization.

Before joining Chelsea, Lily held the position of Head of People and Talent at AKA Communications, where she strengthened the company’s talent framework and organizational culture. Prior to that, she served as Head of HR for Northern Europe at Christian Louboutin, leading HR strategies across multiple markets in the luxury retail sector.

Her longest tenure was with LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, where she worked for more than six years. She served as HR Business Partner – UK & Ireland, partnering with senior leaders across brands such as Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, Fresh, and Fenty Beauty, overseeing talent development, employee relations, workforce planning, and DEI initiatives. Earlier at LVMH, she was Field HR Manager – London & South UK, supporting retail and education teams across the region.

Lily began her HR career with roles at leading global beauty and retail brands, including Shiseido Group EMEA, Clarins Group, L’Oréal, and Liberty Ltd, gaining valuable expertise in HR operations, talent management, and organizational development.
