Denver, Colorado, United States – October 2024 – Linda Tomberlin has joined Eon as the Senior Director of People. In this role, Linda will be responsible for driving HR strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting talent development initiatives across the organization.
Prior to joining Eon, Linda was at KBI Biopharma for over 6 years, where she progressed through multiple HR roles. Most recently, she served as Associate Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR strategies and leading initiatives focused on employee retention, engagement, and development. Before that, she was a Human Resources Manager and a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where she managed HR operations and fostered a collaborative work environment.
Before her tenure at KBI Biopharma, Linda was with Tolmar, where she worked as an HR Generalist and Benefits & Leave Administrator for over 3 years. During this time, she supported employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations, making significant contributions to organizational efficiency.
Linda’s career began at Alexa’s Angels, Inc., where she held the role of Controller for nearly 10 years, managing both human resources and accounting functions. Her experience in HR and financial management provided her with a holistic understanding of business operations, setting the foundation for her successful HR career.
