Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa, June 2024 – Lindi Mengezeleli has joined Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Inc as the new Head of HR. Bringing extensive experience in human resources management, Lindi will lead HR initiatives and strategies to support the firm’s growth and employee engagement.
Before joining Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Inc, Lindi served as Head of HR at Lawtons Africa for nearly five years. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing HR operations, including management development, compensation and benefits, strategic HR leadership, and project management. Her efforts significantly contributed to enhancing employee engagement and organizational efficiency.
Prior to her tenure at Lawtons Africa, Lindi was the Head of HR at Hogan Lovells in Sandton, South Africa, where she worked for over five years. She played a crucial role in driving HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, and implementing training and development programs to align with the firm’s business objectives.
Lindi also held the position of HR Manager at Poswa Incorporated for six months, where she planned, directed, and coordinated human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources.
Before that, she was the HR and Operations Manager at LithaFS for over three years, where she managed HR operations and contributed to the company’s strategic planning and execution.
Earlier in her career, Lindi served as an HR Manager at Bayport Financial Services & M-Stores for three years, where she led various HR functions, including budgeting, project management, and employee development.
Lindi began her career as an HR Consultant at TransUnion, where she gained valuable experience in HR consulting and operations.
