Los Angeles, California, United States, September 2025 – Transom Capital Group has announced the appointment of Lindsey O’Hern as its new Chief Talent Officer. In this role, Lindsey will be responsible for leading the firm’s talent strategy, shaping organizational culture, and partnering with portfolio companies to drive people-centered transformation that fuels growth and operational excellence.
Lindsey has been with Transom Capital Group for over two years, most recently serving as Vice President of Talent & Culture. During this time, she played a pivotal role in aligning cultural values with business strategy and driving operational excellence across the firm and its portfolio companies. Her leadership ensured a strong focus on employee engagement, talent development, and long-term organizational success.
Previously, Lindsey was Resource Partner & Director of Human Capital at Tyree & D’Angelo Partners in Chicago, where she spent more than four years. At TDP, she partnered with leadership teams in healthcare, consumer, and business services sectors to enhance human capital strategies and scale talent programs. Her contributions helped strengthen the firm’s investment partnerships and build leadership capacity across its portfolio.
Earlier in her career, Lindsey spent over four years at Tatum by Randstad as a Talent Management Partner. There, she specialized in executive search and talent advisory, supporting companies through periods of transformation by aligning leadership talent with evolving business needs. She also worked as an Executive Recruiter at Creative Financial Staffing (CFS), further honing her expertise in full-cycle recruiting and candidate placement.
Lindsey began her professional journey in client services and consulting roles at Camden Consulting Group, Keystone Associates, and Preston Marketing, before moving into talent-focused leadership positions. She also spent over two years at Fitcorp as a Group Fitness Coordinator and Personal Trainer, which provided her with early experience in leadership development and people engagement that shaped her career path in talent management.
