Milton, Ontario, Canada, January 2026 — DHL Global Forwarding has appointed Lindsy Foran as Head of Human Resources, Canada, effective January 2026. In this leadership role, Foran will be responsible for driving the HR agenda across DHL Global Forwarding’s Canada operations, with a focus on strengthening workforce capability, enabling business performance, and supporting organizational priorities across talent, engagement, and people programs.
With a strong background across logistics, freight, and large-scale workforce environments, Foran brings proven expertise in HR leadership, talent management, and employee relations—having spent significant tenure within the FedEx ecosystem and earlier with DHL Supply Chain.
In her new role at DHL Global Forwarding, Lindsy Foran takes charge as Head of Human Resources, Canada, bringing a career shaped by hands-on HR leadership in complex, operationally intensive organizations.
Prior to this move, Foran served at Federal Express Corporation as Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner – Recruitment Marketing, where she focused on strategic hiring support and recruitment marketing initiatives, strengthening talent pipelines and employer brand alignment in a competitive talent landscape.
Before that, she spent over a decade with FedEx, where she progressed through multiple leadership responsibilities including Regional Manager, Human Resources and earlier as Human Resources Manager. Across these roles, she played a key role in supporting field operations through workforce planning, employee relations, performance enablement, HR program execution, and leadership partnership—contributing to business continuity and scale across regional networks.
Earlier in her career, Foran built strong HR foundations at DHL Supply Chain as a Human Resources Generalist, supporting HR operations and frontline employee needs across distribution and supply chain environments. She also worked with Allstate Insurance Company of Canada as Human Resources Representative, expanding her exposure to HR processes, employee support systems, and corporate HR frameworks.
She began her early career in HR and staffing through roles at Labour Unlimited as a Staffing Specialist and at Brock University as a Human Resources Assistant, helping build core capabilities in recruitment support, coordination, and HR administration.
