New York, United States, March 2025 – Bank of America has appointed Erica Strunkey as Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Program Management Lead – Merrill Wealth Management. With over two years at Bank of America, Erica has played a key role in driving talent acquisition strategies, DEI initiatives, and leadership recruiting efforts. In her new role, she will focus on developing and leading strategic talent acquisition programs for Merrill Wealth Management, enhancing recruitment strategies, and strengthening workforce planning initiatives.
Before stepping into her new role, Erica Strunkey served as Vice President, Talent Acquisition Consultant II – DEI Strategy & Recruiting Team Lead for nearly two years, where she led diversity hiring strategies, pipeline development, and workforce inclusion initiatives at Bank of America.
Prior to her tenure at Bank of America, Erica held key HR and talent acquisition roles at Citi, where she worked as an Associate Banker for Citi Wealth Management and Senior Campus Recruiter & Intern Program Manager, overseeing campus recruitment strategies and internship programs.
Earlier in her career, she gained expertise in talent acquisition and diversity recruitment through positions at USI Insurance Services, AMS, Jopwell, and Target, where she specialized in strategic hiring, DEI initiatives, and talent pipeline development. She also founded SincerelyGlamatrix, an image consulting and professional development firm focused on empowering individuals through fashion and style.
