Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, April 2025 – Sara Huggins has stepped into the role of Head of Talent Acquisition (Western Europe) at Wipro, bringing her expansive recruitment expertise across Benelux, Nordics, and Southern Europe to lead the tech giant’s talent strategy across 11 countries.
In her new capacity, Sara will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment, enhancing candidate attraction strategies, building talent pipelines, and supporting internal diversity and inclusion (DEI) events. She will also play a vital role in bench management, ensuring internal readiness for rapid deployment across Wipro’s dynamic project landscape.
Sara has been an integral part of Wipro since May 2021, having held progressively senior roles including Head of Talent Acquisition for Benelux, Northern Europe, and most recently, Western Europe. Her leadership has consistently advanced Wipro’s regional hiring goals and employer branding efforts across the continent.
Before joining Wipro, Sara held key positions at Capgemini Invent, where she led recruitment for digital transformation, AI, finance transformation, and other specialized consulting domains. Her earlier roles include business development and international recruitment positions at The Next Ad, Thomas Thor, and Bureau van Dijk, where she built strong relationships across sectors and geographies.
