Stockholm, Sweden, October 2024 – Warner Music Group (WMG) is excited to announce the appointment of Linnéa Aubrecht Hansson as the new Head of People, Nordic. In her new role, Linnéa will oversee WMG’s HR operations in the Nordic region, supporting the company’s dynamic and innovative approach to talent management and workplace culture.
Most recently, Linnéa served as an HR & Talent Consultant at Zoey, a startup consulting firm in Stockholm. She played a pivotal role in enhancing HR and talent acquisition functions, focusing on inclusive, people-centric solutions.
Prior to Zoey, Linnéa was with CAKE – ridecake.com, a Swedish electric motorcycle company, where she advanced from HR Business Partner to Human Resources Director. Her work there involved strategic HR initiatives that supported CAKE’s growth, particularly in talent management and organizational development.
Earlier, Linnéa held the role of Global Talent Manager at Acast, where she was instrumental in shaping talent strategies for the fast-growing podcast company. Her previous experience includes a significant tenure at Spotify as Global Talent Acquisition Lead, Premium, where she managed a global recruitment team supporting Spotify’s Premium business unit across London, Stockholm, and NYC.
