Arlington, Virginia, United States, September 2024 – bartaco is delighted to announce the promotion of Lisa Bassilios Mosby to Chief People Officer, marking her first anniversary with the company. Lisa has significantly contributed to the enhancement of bartaco’s culture and brand, bringing her extensive HR experience and a deep commitment to workplace excellence.

Lisa previously served as Vice President of People at bartaco for a year, where she left a remarkable imprint on the company’s culture and employee relations, enhancing the overall brand experience.
Before joining bartaco, Lisa was a Senior Director – HR Business Partner, Retail at DICK’S Sporting Goods for nearly four years. Here, she played a critical role in strategic HR planning and implementation across the retail sector.
Earlier, Lisa contributed to Bayer as an IT Organizational Change Manager, focusing on change management within the U.S. IT Functional Leadership team from September 2017 to March 2019.
At DICK’S Sporting Goods, Lisa also held various roles including Project & Change Manager – Strategic Initiatives, and Senior HR Business Process and Systems Analyst, where she managed major projects from 2011 to 2017.
