With extensive experience in people development and leading change across highly technical industries, Lisa consistently drives client and company revenue growth with a dual focus on executive development and crafting talent-centered performance cultures.

Lisa Hellmann joins Kotter from Conferences for Women, where she has served as Treasurer, Board of Directors since January 2021. In this role, she advised the management team on financial decisions to optimize the budget and guided the development of compelling programming to promote and amplify the influence of women in the workplace.
Prior to this, Lisa was with Hologic, Inc. for about 6 years and 4 months, holding various leadership roles including Senior Vice President Global Human Resources & Corporate Communications and Vice President, Human Resources, Diagnostics Division & Global Internal Communications. She led global people strategies that enabled strong top- and bottom-line growth and navigated HR elements of strategic acquisitions, significantly expanding the diagnostics portfolio.
Lisa also served as Director Board Of Directors at the North San Diego Business Chamber for 4 years, where she leveraged her HR expertise to advise military officers on transitioning to civilian careers and presented in educational forums focused on leadership development.
Her earlier roles include Chief People Officer at NAVICAN GENOMICS INC. for 8 months, Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Communications at Cytori for approximately 1 year and 6 months, and Chief People Officer at Millennium Health for about 1 year and 7 months.
Lisa began her career at Accenture, where she served as Sr. Manager, Global Human Performance Service Line for over 10 years, followed by leadership roles at Memec and Hologic Gen-Probe.
