In this role, Lisa will spearhead Cramer’s human resources strategy, employee engagement, and culture transformation initiatives to further strengthen the agency’s reputation as a people-first organization that fosters creativity, inclusion, and high performance.
Lisa Kennedy brings over 15 years of diverse leadership experience in human resources, organizational development, and people operations across global organizations spanning technology, retail, and consulting sectors. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to creating thriving workplace cultures that balance business impact with employee well-being.
Before joining Cramer, Lisa served as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Valvoline Inc., where she led HR practices for a franchise network of over 1,300 employees across five regions. She built a data-driven and collaborative HR function focused on strategic recruitment, performance management, compliance, and employee relations. Lisa’s leadership contributed to building a scalable and high-performing workforce in a fast-growing retail environment.
Prior to Valvoline, Lisa had an impactful eight-year tenure at IBM, where she rose to the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner. She advised senior leadership on organizational design, workforce transformation, and change management. Her strategic HR consulting and data-driven decision-making enabled business units to strengthen culture, boost engagement, and enhance operational agility. Earlier at IBM, she served as Program Manager for Talent, Onboarding, and People Operations, where she designed a global onboarding program that supported 500+ hiring managers and significantly improved new hire readiness and retention.
Lisa’s earlier career spans multiple leadership roles in business development and talent management, including at The Judge Group, Blue Sky BioTech, Complete Staffing Solutions, New England Coaching, and Robert Half International. Across these roles, she developed expertise in talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, and HR process improvement, blending commercial acumen with human-centered leadership.
