Sheina Laws Promoted to Director of People Services at SprintRay Inc.

Los Angeles, California, United States, October 2025 — SprintRay Inc., a global leader in digital dentistry solutions, has announced the promotion of Sheina Laws to Director of People Services – Americas & India. In her new role, Sheina will lead the People Services function across multiple regions, partnering with executive teams to align HR strategies with business objectives. She will focus on building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of engagement, inclusion, and continuous growth.

Sheina has been a key part of SprintRay Inc. for nearly four years, playing an instrumental role in shaping its organizational culture and people operations. Before her promotion, she served as Organizational Development Manager, where she successfully led culture transformation initiatives, developed talent strategies, and enhanced business performance through data-driven HR programs. Her leadership has been vital to SprintRay’s growth as a globally recognized employer of choice.

In addition to her corporate role, Sheina has demonstrated strong governance leadership as President of the Board of Directors at Temecula Preparatory School, contributing to strategic educational development. Previously, she served as Business Process and Analytics Manager at Pechanga Resort Casino, where she applied her analytical and strategic acumen to improve operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

Earlier, Sheina worked with Culture Partners (formerly Partners In Leadership) for nearly five years, advancing from Director of Operations, Business Intelligence to Senior Director of Data Analytics & Insights. In this capacity, she led large-scale organizational improvement initiatives and facilitated leadership development programs across multiple industries. Her earlier experience also includes roles with The Centre for Organization Effectiveness, Nelson Cohen Global Consulting, and Big Sky Services, where she honed her expertise in organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership training.
