New York, United States, January 2025 – Lizzy Lewis has been promoted to Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Accordion, where she will lead recruitment strategies, talent acquisition operations, and workforce planning to drive continued growth for the firm.
Prior to this role, Lizzy Lewis served as Recruiter, People Team at Accordion, where she played a key role in executive hiring, talent pipeline development, and employer branding.
Before that, she was Recruitment Coordinator at Accordion, where she optimized hiring processes and enhanced candidate experience over nearly two years.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Michael Page as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Finance, Accounting, and Taxation, managing executive search assignments for top-tier financial services firms.
She also gained international experience as an English Language and Culture Teacher at CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange in Spain, helping students build linguistic and cultural fluency.
