Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Lochan Kothari has joined Radio City India, part of the Jagran Prakashan Group, as Vice President and Head of Marketing. In his new role, he will lead brand strategy, integrated marketing, audience experience, and national communication initiatives to further strengthen Radio City’s position in the Indian media landscape. His proven expertise in consumer engagement, brand storytelling, and strategic marketing aligns with the organization’s vision to drive deeper audience connect and digital-led brand growth.
Prior to joining Radio City India, Lochan worked at Patanjali Foods – Specialty Ingredients (Food/Feed/Nutra), where he served as Associate General Manager – Marketing in the CEO’s Office. He was responsible for the premiumization and digital repositioning of the Nutrela brand portfolio, driving brand value creation, relaunch strategies, market execution, and corporate communication through integrated ATL and digital platforms.
Earlier, he served as General Manager – Marketing at the VIBGYOR Group of Schools, where he led brand development, intellectual property-led engagement programs, and national-scale education experience platforms with participation across India. His work included conceptualizing and managing India’s largest multi-discipline inter-school festival, establishing a strong link between school brand identity and student-community engagement.
Before this, Lochan held leadership positions at Quintessentially Events, Pulse Nation, and Navbharat Archive Xpress Pvt Ltd., where he led creative strategy, brand partnerships, and business development, curating bespoke brand experiences for global names such as Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Facebook, and Piramal Realty, and managing cross-border brand activation programs across India, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.
He began his career with roles at Webaroo Technology (GupShup), Diageo, The Economic Times, and The Indian Express, working across corporate sales, brand marketing, and premium engagement solutions. His early exposure to brand communication, experiential marketing, and high-value client portfolio management shaped his multi-sector expertise and strategic market perspective.
