Jacksonville, Florida, United States, July 2024 – Loraine Rice has started a new position as Sr. Director of Human Resources at Fields Auto Group. Loraine brings a wealth of experience in human resources to her new role.
Loraine Rice was previously the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Brightway Insurance for nearly two years, where she played a key role in business strategy and the implementation of applicant tracking systems.
Before that, she served as the Director of Human Resources at Haskell for over sixteen years, where she developed and led HR initiatives and strategies.
Loraine also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Solantic for nearly a year, where she focused on human resource development and the enhancement of applicant tracking systems.
Her earlier career includes the role of Director of Human Resources at Daniel Memorial for over seven years, where she honed her skills in HR management and strategic planning.
