North Carolina, United States, July 2024 – Lori Hall has started a new position as Global Director of Human Resources at Alphanumeric Systems. Lori brings extensive experience in human resources leadership to her new role.
Lori Hall was previously the Human Resources Manager at Care Services, LLC for over two years, where she played a key role in strategic human resource planning, recruiting, and training.
Prior to that, she served at Omnicell for over five years in various HR roles, including People Strategist, Human Resources Business Partner, and Senior Human Resources Generalist, supporting employees and advising senior management.
Lori also worked as Human Resources Manager at Ateb, Inc., where she reported directly to the CEO, managed a team of four, and led all aspects of human resources for over two years.
Her career includes a role as HR Specialist at Extreme Networks, where she managed immigration processes, background investigations, and implemented a new applicant tracking system.
Earlier in her career, Lori served as Talent Recruitment Coordinator/Sales Training Coordinator/HR Assistant at Dex One/RH for nine years, where she assisted the recruiting team, managed pre-employment background checks, and coordinated sales training events.
