Woodland Hills, California, United States, July 2024 – Morgan Schiller has started a new position as Director, Human Resources at Viking Cruises. Morgan brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership to this role.
Morgan Schiller was previously the Human Resources Director at WDC Kitchen & Bath for over three years, where she oversaw all aspects of people operations including payroll processing, benefits administration, recruitment, and performance analysis.
Prior to that, she served as Human Resources Manager at Wavelengths Recovery for five years, focusing on talent development, employee training, and multi-state payroll processing.
Morgan’s career also includes nearly eight years at Warner Bros. Entertainment as a Manager, Sales Communication, where she contributed to the growth of the Non-Theatrical Warner Bros. Family & Animation business and managed extensive marketing and brand promotion activities.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Brand Manager at Ventura Distribution, a Command Media Analyst at Northrop Grumman, and a Production Assistant at NBC News.
