Plymouth, Michigan, United States, October 2025 — AeroFlow Technologies LLC has announced the appointment of Lori Kolodziej, SHRM-CP, as Vice President Human Resources. In this role, Lori will lead HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development, bringing her extensive experience in human resources leadership across aerospace, manufacturing, and service sectors.
Lori joins AeroFlow Technologies after nearly four years with Leggett & Platt, where she most recently served as Global Director of Human Resources – Aerospace Group. Prior to that, she held senior HR leadership roles within the Specialized Products business, supporting automotive, aerospace, and hydraulics operations across North America, overseeing multiple plants and engineering centers.
Earlier in her career, Lori built diverse experience with Cummins Inc., where she progressed from HR Generalist to Talent Management Leader and then Field Service Manager, leading a team of 33 technicians and overseeing significant service operations. Her work at Cummins was marked by her leadership in diversity and inclusion initiatives, including founding the Women’s Empowerment Network for the East Region.
Lori also brings entrepreneurial and operational experience from running Blue Apron Baking Company, along with HR and operations roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Team Hamilton Real Estate. This blend of HR leadership, operations management, and entrepreneurial experience provides her with a holistic perspective on business and people strategy.
At AeroFlow Technologies, Lori will focus on strengthening HR systems, cultivating a high-performance culture, and supporting the company’s growth in aerospace and high-technology markets.
