Lori Petersen brings a robust background in human resources management to her new position at Cipla. Prior to joining Cipla, Lori served as the Vice President Human Resources, Laboratory Chemicals at Thermo Fisher Scientific for two years, where she was instrumental in leading the HR functions, focusing on strategic human resource planning and global management. Before that, she was the Sr. HR Director, Laboratory Equipment at Thermo Fisher Scientific for three years, managing HR operations for the Greater Boston Area.
Her previous experience includes an extensive tenure at Praxair, Inc – a Linde Company as the HR Director – Americas for three years, and as a Human Resources Business Partner for two years. At Praxair, Lori played a pivotal role in strategic HR planning and management across various locations in the United States.
Lori’s career also includes significant roles at Rolls-Royce as the Global Executive Recruiting Manager (expat) and EMEA and North American Early Career Recruitment Manager (expat), where she contributed to global HR management and strategic recruitment. Additionally, she has experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at CHEP and as a Research Manager at MRINetwork.
