Lebanon, New Hampshire, United States, April 2025 – Megan Cormier has stepped into the role of Vice President – People at Appcast, Inc, a global leader in programmatic job advertising technology. In her new capacity, Megan will be responsible for leading the people strategy, cultivating a high-performance culture, and driving talent initiatives across the company’s growing global footprint.
Megan has been with Appcast for nearly three years, most recently serving as Director, People Partnering. In that role, she played a pivotal part in evolving the company’s people function through strategic partnering, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development efforts.
Prior to Appcast, Megan worked at ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care as a Human Resources Business Partner, where she led workforce planning, talent acquisition, and compensation modeling initiatives. She also oversaw the rapid hiring and onboarding process for temporary staff during the State of New Hampshire’s COVID testing rollout.
Earlier, Megan spent over 12 years at C&S Wholesale Grocers. She served as HR Business Partner, Senior Manager of Talent and Organizational Development, and in various leadership roles across HR and merchandising. Her accomplishments included launching a new performance management philosophy, implementing talent planning systems, and leading leadership development programs that improved retention and engagement.
She began her career in marketing roles at Raymarine, Carlisle Wide Plank Floors, and held an account management position with the Southern New Hampshire University Student Advertising Agency, equipping her with a versatile foundation in both business operations and communication strategy.
