Dubai, United Arab Emirates, March 2025 – Louisa Clarke has been named Vice President – Human Capital at Dubai Holding Entertainment, where she will oversee all aspects of the HR agenda, aligning human capital strategies with the company’s diverse entertainment portfolio. She will play a key role in talent acquisition, leadership development, and workforce planning, supporting the organization’s long-term growth.
Before joining Dubai Holding Entertainment, Louisa Clarke served as Vice President HR at Alshaya Starbucks, where she led HR transformation, workforce planning, and people development initiatives for the brand’s operations across the region.
Prior to that, she was Group Head of People at Chalhoub Group, where she played a pivotal role in defining and implementing the Group’s people agenda. She led a complete overhaul of performance management, succession planning, and talent development frameworks, integrating SAP SuccessFactors to enhance HR operations.
Earlier, Louisa Clarke held a senior HR leadership role at EY, where she served as Head of Talent for Africa, India, and the Middle East (AIM) Advisory. She was responsible for HR and Learning strategies for over 7,000 consultants and 280 partners across 50 countries, supporting the integration of talent initiatives across multiple regions.
Her extensive career also includes leadership roles at KCA Deutag, Korn Ferry (Hay Group), Accenture, and Shepherd and Wedderburn, where she specialized in talent management, leadership development, change management, and global mobility.
