United Kingdom, October 2024 – Louise Iommi has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources Operations at idverde UK, where she will lead the HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement strategies across the organization. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Louise will be instrumental in supporting the company’s mission to deliver excellence in green services and sustainability across the UK and Europe.
Prior to joining idverde, Louise was an HR Manager at Agratas for six months, where she led key HR functions and supported organizational growth and development.
Before that, she served as the Head of HR at Kagool, where she was responsible for overseeing HR strategy, managing talent acquisition, and driving HR transformation initiatives across the organization for over a year.
Louise also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Scotgold Resources, where she led HR operations for the company’s mining projects in Scotland for more than a year. She was instrumental in managing HR processes and ensuring workforce alignment with strategic goals.
Earlier in her career, she worked at Komatsu Mining Corp. as an HR Manager, and spent almost two years at DHL Supply Chain as a HR Business Partner EMEA, where she provided strategic HR support for more than 400 employees across 12 countries.
