In this role, she partners closely with enterprise clients to elevate employee experience outcomes powered by inFeedo AI’s conversational intelligence platform.
Before her elevation to the senior position, Lovleen Kaur served as Customer Success Manager – Enterprise Accounts at inFeedo AI for more than a year, supporting large-scale client engagements in hybrid enterprise environments. Her work involved strengthening account health, driving product adoption, and enabling HR and business leaders to act on insights provided by inFeedo’s AI-driven listening platform.
Prior to joining inFeedo, she worked at Coursera as a Customer Success Manager – Enterprise Accounts, where she managed end-to-end strategic relationships with C-level HR and technology leaders. She consistently surpassed renewal and retention targets, led Executive Business Reviews, and collaborated cross-functionally to enhance customer value and platform impact in a SaaS ecosystem.
Earlier at Coursera, she was Sr. Consultant – Enterprise Sales, where she generated a strong revenue pipeline, supported strategic accounts, and maintained an exceptional track record of over-achievement on sales quotas, including highs of 270% attainment.
Her journey also includes experience at Accenture as a Management Consulting Analyst, where she contributed to learning and development projects for global clients. She previously held multiple roles at NIIT Limited, progressing from Instructional Designer to Instructional Design Lead, gaining deep expertise in learning design, content development, and capability enablement.
She began her early career through an internship at Marico Limited as Cluster Manager – Livon, gaining exposure to brand operations and market execution.
