Paris, Île-de-France, France, February 2026 — LOXAM has appointed Mickaël Pinto as Chief Commercial Officer, effective January 2026.
In his new role, Pinto will drive a global commercial vision for LOXAM, accelerating growth and leading the transformation of go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, and commercial performance across France and international markets. His mandate includes strengthening commercial excellence and enhancing the company’s competitive positioning across its European and global operations.
Prior to joining LOXAM, Pinto served as Group Chief Commercial Officer at Egis, where he led global sales strategy, optimized commercial processes, and strengthened the Regional CCO network and Tender Units. He also oversaw the development of a comprehensive sales stack, including a new CRM and AI-enabled sales toolbox, while reinforcing organic growth through major project governance and strategic partnerships.
Earlier at Egis, he held the position of Deputy CEO – Energy & Sustainable Cities, where he designed strategic orientations and expanded international operations across APAC, Europe, LATAM, and the Middle East. He spearheaded mergers and acquisitions to diversify and scale business lines, contributed to board-level governance in acquired entities, and served as President of Openergy, fostering energy efficiency solutions in France.
He previously served as CEO France at Wellhub, where he launched and scaled the French marketplace, building strategic partnerships and high-performing teams before closing operations following the COVID-19 pandemic. His entrepreneurial and innovation experience also includes roles at BCG X (formerly BCG Digital Ventures), where he developed new digital businesses and venture platforms, and at Vivendi, where he drove new business development across media, content, and digital distribution initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Pinto held leadership roles at Aqualabo and Veolia, managing international expansion, global market strategies, and cross-regional operations across Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, the USA, and Russia.
With more than two decades of international leadership experience spanning infrastructure, engineering, digital ventures, media, and industrial markets, Mickaël Pinto brings strong expertise in strategic growth, M&A, global commercial operations, and business transformation to LOXAM.
