Lt Col Ratha’s transition from the military to corporate HR leadership is backed by a stellar track record, which includes her most recent role as Director of Talent Acquisition at JLL, where she spearheaded recruitment strategies and talent pipelining initiatives. Her leadership acumen from her service in the Indian Army, where she held various HR and administrative roles, has equipped her with unique skills in managing large teams, driving operational excellence, and fostering stakeholder engagement.
Before joining Plutus Wealth Management LLP, Lt Col Ipsa O Ratha was the Director of Talent Acquisition at JLL, where she oversaw recruitment and stakeholder engagement for nearly two years. Her contributions included niche talent acquisition, strategic team management, and data-driven decision-making to support organizational growth.
Prior to her time at JLL, she served the Indian Army for over 22 years in various capacities, including as HR Director and Director of Training and Development. Her distinguished career in the Indian Army involved managing personnel, training programs, security, and operational strategies for large teams.
