West Midlands, England, United Kingdom, October 2024 – Lucy Anker has joined RC Fornax as Head of Human Resources. In this new role, Lucy will lead the company’s HR strategy, driving employee engagement, talent management, and HR operations across the organization. She will be pivotal in ensuring the company’s workforce is supported as RC Fornax continues to expand its work package solutions within the Defence industry.
Prior to joining RC Fornax, Lucy was the Head of HR at Armac Martin, where she led the HR team for over 3 years and 4 months. During her tenure, she was instrumental in driving HR operations, change management, and talent development at the company.
Before that, Lucy served as Head of HR at EBI for 1 year and 4 months. She played a key role in HR consulting, project management, and enhancing employee relations across the organization.
Lucy also took a brief career break in 2019, during which she continued to build her skills in HR consulting, before returning to the field as Head of HR Practice at Mallory Partners. At Mallory Partners, she spent 1 year and 1 month overseeing HR recruitment and consulting services for both private equity-backed businesses and corporate organizations.
Earlier in her career, Lucy founded PURE HR Consulting Ltd, where she led HR consulting and change management projects for 1 year and 9 months. Her expertise in HR consulting and recruiting during this period strengthened her ability to deliver bespoke HR solutions.
