Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Chintan Shah has joined Deloitte as Executive Director, strengthening the firm’s leadership bench in large-scale digital transformation and HR technology–led consulting. In this role, he will focus on driving complex enterprise transformation programs, HRIT strategy, and technology-enabled operating model redesign for clients across industries.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Chintan Shah spent over four years with Axis Bank as Vice President, where he led major HR technology, digitisation, and enterprise architecture initiatives. His work included HRIS transformation, Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, business intelligence enablement, and large-scale program governance supporting organizational scale and efficiency.
Earlier, he was associated with Ernst & Young as Senior Manager, bringing nearly six years of experience in designing and delivering large Oracle HCM ERP engagements. During this phase, he led multi-country implementations, transformation and upgrade programs, HR shared services setups for global workforces exceeding 120,000 employees, and served as solution design lead for one of India’s largest Oracle Fusion HCM implementations in the IT/ITES sector.
Before EY, Chintan Shah worked with KPMG India as Associate Director – Management Consulting, where he advised enterprises on HRIT strategy, service delivery models, and digital transformation initiatives. He began his consulting career with IBM India Pvt Ltd as Project Lead and Manager, delivering PeopleSoft HCM implementations for public sector banks and financial services clients, following earlier functional consulting roles at Oracle Corporation and Hexaware Technologies.
Across more than two decades, Chintan Shah has built deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, PeopleSoft HCM, HRIT strategy, digital transformation, program management, and enterprise-scale ERP delivery, making him a trusted leader in HR technology–led business transformation.
