Before that, she served as a Tech Recruiter Specialist at TRACTIAN BR, where she specialized in hiring senior-level technical roles, such as Data Scientists, DevOps, and Software Engineers. She also led important Employer Branding projects, including podcasts, events, and partnerships with universities.
Luiza previously worked at Buser, where she was People Manager. During her tenure, she oversaw the full recruitment cycle for senior and executive roles and played a key role in defining Employer Branding strategies. Additionally, she developed initiatives like BuserCamp and BuserTech, aimed at enhancing tech education and employee engagement.
Her earlier experience includes working as a Recruiter at FlixBus, where she was involved in the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. Luiza played a pivotal role in talent sourcing and employer branding efforts that supported the company’s growth in the tech industry.
Before her time at FlixBus, Luiza gained experience in HR and recruitment through various roles at companies like Bosch and Johnson & Johnson, where she focused on labor relations, strategic HR planning, and building recruitment strategies.
