Lyndsey has been with Reconomy for over four years in her most recent role as Director of Group HR, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s HR strategies, focusing on employee engagement, talent development, and organizational culture. Prior to that, Lyndsey served as Group Head of Human Resources at Reconomy for seven years, managing HR functions across multiple regions. In this role, she led key HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, training, and employee relations, which contributed to Reconomy’s growth and expansion.
Lyndsey’s earlier experience includes her role as Regional Human Resources Manager for Wolverhampton, Southwell, and Worcester Racecourses, where she worked for seven years. In this capacity, she was responsible for overseeing HR activities across the region, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and enhancing workforce development.
